a. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across Bangladesh, including both urban and rural areas.
Delivery availability may vary depending on product type and courier partner service coverage.

b. Delivery Time

• Inside Chattogram City: 1–2 business days

• Outside Chattogram (other districts): 2–5 business days

• Remote areas: May take up to 7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or high-order volumes.

c. Shipping Charges

• Free delivery may be offered during promotional campaigns or for orders above a certain amount (as announced on our website).

• For other orders, a small delivery fee may apply depending on your location and order weight.

d. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• You will receive a confirmation message once your order is shipped along with tracking details (if available).

e. Failed Deliveries

If the courier fails to deliver after multiple attempts due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be canceled, and additional delivery fees may apply for re-shipment.

2. Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can request a return or replacement under the following conditions.

a. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return within 3–7 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is damaged, expired, or defective.

• You received the wrong item.

• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories intact.

b. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or regulatory reasons, including:

• Medicines and pharmaceutical items

• Perishable goods (e.g., groceries, food, beverages)

• Personal care and hygiene products (e.g., creams, soaps, shampoos)

• Items purchased during clearance or special discount campaigns

c. How to Request a Return

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after return approval.

• Online payment refunds will be credited to the same payment method.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via bKash, Nagad, or store credit.

f. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting our support team.
Once shipped, the cancellation will be processed as a return request.

3. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
You may be asked to provide a photo or video of the item for verification before replacement or refund.
